What feedback that stood out to me most was to just be more dynamic and have a better opening statement, which I tried to do in this elevator pitch, as opposed to my last one. I tried to be more dynamic and bright, which is why I performed it outside this time in an environment that best represented my product. I also used tools and props for this elevator pitch which allowed me to not only be more dynamic, but also have examples of what problem my product solved. Overall, I took the comments I had from before and made a better pitch for this assignment. I feel like I really improved my pitch and made it much more inviting and a better hook.
I like how you changed the environment that you were filming it in. I think the outdoor environment goes along with your goal of making better straws while still being environmentally friendly. The opening was also better and still relatable which would catch the attention of anyone watching your elevator pitch. I can agree with how this one was more inviting to viewers.
ReplyDeleteHello Danielle,
ReplyDeleteI love the changes you made to your second elevator pitch. I feel like you were more electric and dynamic. I could totally feel your energy full a room of investor. I do wish you turned up the volume or spoke louder. I don't know if that was an issue on my side or not. I do believe the change of scenery help and made you stand out.
Your elevator pitch is really good. I think that you were definitely more dynamic and even the little things like moving your hands while you were talking, helped make you seem more dynamic. I also really enjoyed your props, I think that they helped make the point clear of what your solution was and how it was going to work. I also liked how you spoke slowly and clearly so we could all understand you.
ReplyDeleteHey Danielle, the elevator pitch started off really good since the hook was very effective. You kept up the energy and enthusiasm throughout the whole pitch which really shows your passion for the product. It's evident that the feedback given was definitely put into use as I saw an improvement from the last elevator pitch. Great job!
